Quest hires a staff of temporary employees which are assigned to work as part of the clients’ workforce. Temporary staffing saves our clients time and money in peak times of business, absenteeism, sick days.
Temporary to Permanent hiring
If our client advised Quest that the temporary position could turn to permanent hiring, our agreement with our client is to keep the employee on Quest payroll for 4 weeks at which time the client can hire at no additional cost. Quest Staffing has no temporary buyouts.
- We start by working with the client to ensure we have all details relating to the position.
- Quest handles all advertising, to include local media, referrals, networking, web sites, etc.
- Quest short-lists candidates at which time interviews are set up.
- Reference checks are also completed.

- Our rates are structured to the safisfaction of the client and Quest Staffing however are generally a percentage of the new hire’s annual compensation.
